Then there's the Onkyo TX-NR 905 as the Receiver..

Also the AC in the 2nd pic is Daikin if anyone's interested

Haha, I didn't realise how big the TV was until I saw the PS3 which looks tiny in comparison! Awesome set up mate!

Hahaha that's awesome! I wish I could afford something like that. My set-up is really crap in comparison.

My "newest" bit of "tech":
I will find myself going dSLR one day, but until that day - Viva La FILM!!
Going to buy a 75-300 or 80-200 lens and a tripod for it before I'm off to Rome at the end of next month!

That EOS 650 reminds me of when i had the ol' EOS RT with silent shutter. And then the EOS-1n RS.
Those were the days

Exactly!
That's why I'm not ready to go dSLR yet!
To really get into the nitty gritty - or so to speak, you have to start with film!
That's why I went for the 650! Bought it for £27 and if it fails - I can buy another!
The curtain failed because of some lubricant stuck in it - serviced that myself with a bit of ethanol, and it's been working fine since - results are superb!
At the moment, I'm very happy with learning with my 650.
