well, Im stummped, I have found the drm packager (which I was told would unlock mp3 so they can be used as ringers) but instead it ads a drm content which applies a lock to to the file, Is this the package I need to do this ? |

yes. it locks the ringtone (a key icon appears0 so you can play it as a ringtone.
