Hi,
as a recent V800 owner, I looking for optimal ways to link V800 with my notebook. Since the SE provided USB cable does not have all data cable features and does not offer battery charging, I have tried a data cable from HAMA (product number 040474). This USB data cable has the right T68 connector, comes with some driver software and it even charges the V800. However, the notebook recognizes only the serial SE modem (and not the other SE modems) and it does not work to recognize the V800 with its memory stick. It seems that one needs just a few little revisions in the driver software (on the HAMA side) or in the SE software. Perhaps you have an idea? |
