Recently I bought a Ericsson T65 mobile phone (a month old), and of-late the display screen showed some coloured bands(some what like rainbow) on the top-right corner as 45 degree lines. It was visible from some angles under different surronding lighting conditions. One more problem was the back case was loose - the movement of the backcase was very prominent when the buttons were pressed. When these was reported, a new handset (they said it's new- service center's new set) was given.
Now,
1. Both the problem is there even in the replaced set! Any one have the coloured bands problem?

2. The Backcase is still showing some movements on the other side now, and they say it would be the case with all. Even tightening the screws won't help! Is this true?

3. The replaced set given to me was charged (battery) half already and they claimed this would be case with service center set even if its a new one. Normally new sets shouldn't be charged right?

4. What are all the things that should be seen in the replacement set to believe it is a genuine one.

Kindly help!!
