k700i and 02 text problem |

i have an unbrannded k700i which is running r2ae033 but i am getting the problem with texts when using an 02 sim, i get the messeges when i restart the phone. just want to know what the fix is with out locking or o2 customising my handset. |

i would really be greatfull if sombody could help, i mean alot of people are using o2 on the k700i and know what am on about. |

I have had the same problem with o2 and the k700i, not quite sure what your signature is, but any help would be gratefully received!

there was a HUGE thread on this... about o2 withdrawing their k700s cos of this fault

I also had this same problem bout 2 months afta purchasing the handset from O2. Neway I got a firmware update frm a Service Centre, since then No Probs:-D.

Ok. When I received my S700 it wasn't and I had the dreaded text bug. |

either try manual selection of netowrk then choose voda, it'll tell you denied so then choose O2 or its the new o2 update that fixes it i believe? |

O2 update? What is that? Oh, you mean new network settings?
