i was wondering, how durable are the covers for the memstick port, and the headset port on the z1010? im always worried that theyre gonna snap off |

Indeed, weird and cheap solutions, the condition depends on the usage.

My Memory Stick Duo & headset port covers are fine, but the USB port cover is the opposite- it's useless and hasn't stayed in the closed position since I bought my Z1010 (I'm waiting for the day it falls off)!

yeah im starting to worry about my usb port too. at one point the rubber wouldnt sit, and kept popping out, so i put some tape over it for a few hours. now its seems ok |

I never use the usb, even its poped up, that rubber apart is annoying

Hmm these little covers are definitely the worst thing about the Z1010. I've always hated little rubber covers since having my Casio organiser!
The plastic covers are a bit flimsy too - whatever it is they're held on with, it doesn't feel very solid!

All 3 covers on mine are fine, I even tried pulling the memcard cover off, wouldn't come off. The tip of my USB cover curls off a bit, but nothing in the range of not fitting on'. |
