In the standby screen, press options>3>options>1 in quick succession. This will cause the keypad to lock as well as connects to your homepage. When you exit the browser, you will find the keypad locked:-D. To use your phone without unlocking keypad, press NO to cancel when its connecting to wap in the previous process.

For the T230, right,ok.
I found a trick for the T630:if you press the side volume adjusting keys (+ -) when the clock appears, ya'l light up the whole phone, and the clock remains on the screen. Pretty usefull for watching the clock, if you're in a dark place.
Did some1 know this?

Nop, It doesn't work. The standby sreen appears without lights. Sorry

Come now thats not a trick.. even I know that...

o well i know lots i just dont cosider everything thats not in the manual to be a trick
did u know...
u now u can lock your keys in mp3 mode.

Yes it does. And I think the volume button works with all SE just push one button not two.

Look up brother, to those posts It doesn't work on the T230 and I bet that not even on the T3xx's too.

It is a well-known "trick". It works on k700 also.
