Heya, was just going to say that I am AMAZED at Orange customer support. I phoned them, one person had to transfer me and the person I was transferred to actually apologised profusely for having to transfer me!! It seems that Orange is a company that truly values it's customers. Goodbye O2, pile of shit, I'm officially orangified

Yes, I have nothing but praise for Orange customer service so far.
I had my T610 and P910i both on orange contract, but wanted to cancel the T610's account because it's not getting used enough now to warrant being on contract.
After asking me why I wanted to cancel it, they promptly agreed with my reasons and offered to send me a free PAYG card (keeping the current number) complete with a very attractive text and free credit bundle.
Totally different to my last provider who, when I called them to cancel the contract after four years of putting up with their s**t and high prices, became positively surly towards me and told me very abruptly that I would not get a better deal with anyone else (which was absolute nonsense) and that, and I quote, 'You're not the kind of customer we want anyway. You never go over your inclusive minutes'.
Good on you Orange, long may your excellent business practices continue

I must admit, being on Orange is very nice, the only comment i'd make is that they brand their phones quite a bit. But when compared with Vodapphone and T-Mobile it seems l;ike nothing! lol!

lol ive had no problems with orange, and so many offers aswell! cheap call rates, friendly and lots of shops!! Shame that im sick of the colour orange everywhere on my phone though

Also worth noting that Orange is now even more focused on keeping it's 'current' customers happy, not getting new ones. |

Orange are wonderful.I sacked o2 off a while ago now.I was sick of the 1.4m d/l limit,and no igprs on payg.Orange have amended these shortfalls.Truly excellent.
