ho was just wondering if anybody found a way to increase the message alert tone cause frankly i prefered the old one which is louder. Thanx guys

the message alert tone is really SOFT. the only thing to do is to put it on vibrate... hope Sony-Eric could do something abt this in the Future... i was a 8310 user and i like the way nokia used the ringing tones as the message alert tone. i can even compose my own short but hi- single pitched tone for those time when you don't want anybody to know that you're fone received a txt.

Yeah, i did the same on my old siemens S40. I worked in a high noise enviroment. I just composed a REALLY loud and annoying signal and used it as SMS alert. I can't belive my NEW T68 is less customizable than my OLD S40.
