Tiscali broadband problem |

When i try to connect to tiscali broadband it gets to the verifying username and pass then goes wrong saying the remote computer did not respond : error 721 how do i sort this out

sometimes i get that with my connection, it times out after a while if it cant connect
i usually either reboot or keep trying and it usually works! |

Yep it starts connecting and gets to the registering username and pass bit then takes a while and i get an error

Usually that happens when you are no longer a registered member. (Paid your bills?)

May be it hasnt yet been activated at the server end. Did you try calling them?(the service providers)

Don't know if you've already tried it, but you might want to configure the connection manually, instructions here:
http://www.tiscali.co.uk/help/broadband/xpdun.html
If that doesn't work, you'll need to call them since it's likely there's problem at their end, regardless of what their 'service status' says

Ive had it working for a year but it just suddenly went wrong yesterday
