yes,you need to install opera on ypur phone http://www.opera.com/download/?platform=symbian then using a blutooth dongle connect your phone via blutooth to your computer. open opera and bingo! start surfing....

you don't need to set up anything but pairing your P9xx with your computer through BT. Then just DL the opera from the website which mathios mentioned. Also, you can use the AgileMessenger to play msn, aol or yahoo messenger for free ^^

IF your phone is on the cradle, it will use the internet connection from your PC.
In the link I posted, it tells you how (and what apps) to use so you can browse the internet from your phone using your computer's net connection.
