Why am I keep getting "Information: Access Denied" whenever I try to use the internet. I try the sony and t-mobile configurator and still no go. I even pay for the $4.99 T-zone and still no go. What the hell is going on with my phone? I would appreciate if someone can really help me out with t-moible and this phone. Thanks

I don't think anyone has responded to this, but I am having the same problem. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Did they close access to any ports?

Have you recently tried to access using GPRS ?

For some reason, in the UK anyway, T-Mobile never allowed me GPRS access to the internet. I was forced to either use WAP GSM (slower than GPRS) or not use the internet at all. I even emailed T-mobile, and they told me they didnt support GPRS !

It may be the same in your country.
Check me out on Instagram ! search for etaab !

I had the same issue and I've been with T-mobile since they were Voicestream. I was told that in order to access the internet via Opera, etc. you have to use their mobile internet service. It's $20 a month for unlimited usage. A bit costly.

Well, the problem with calling t-mobile directly is the P900 is not one of 'their' phones, so they say they don't support it. I can no longer use Opera or Agile Messenger, but the internet browser that comes with the phone works fine.
