No, v1.2 does not support Stereo sound sorry to say.

But, the Z800 is not a v1.2 phone is it ? i thought it was v1.1.

The K750 and W800 are v2.0 phones, which does support Bluetooth Stereo sound.

It's not really an issue of the Bluetooth version supported... Either v1.1 or v1.2, it wouldn't matter, you'd just need the A2DP profile supported. The only phone I know of that has announced A2DP support is from Samsung, the SPH-V6900. The A2DP profile and SBC decoder are also a little resource intensive, so I can't say just any handset could do it...

Also, the Bluetooth Qualified Product Listing confirms that the V800/V802SE are v1.1. I'd love to know when SE was planning to make the switch to v1.2!

They arent.

They've already switched to v2 with their new handsets, the K750 and W800 and so on.
