two mates are trying to send pictures etc and they have two phones above . The connection fails when sending. Any suggestions?

They should try to pair their phones first.
And make sure that both phones a "visible".

Then maybe the phones just don't match. I have a friend who had a phone that couldn't connect to SE phones. Any other phone worked, just not SE. |

Pairing is always optional.
What picture format were they trying to exchange? |

Ok... The best I can say is that they should take their phones to a phoneshop and have them take a look at it. |
