Bought what i thought would be a DSS-20 like it was stated in the advert but it turns out to be a dcu-11 which i can't do FW updates with.
Can i moan about this do you think to the seller ? It was stated as a DSS-20 not a DCU-11

Just tell him the problem to see his reaction, then you can think of giving him negative feedback as you obviously didnt get what was stated. |

They replied saying they had a few mix ups and I had to return it to be replaced

Hopefully you'll have a happy ending then! Sounds like it may have been an honest mistake after all, let's hope that they send the right one out to you now!

Early DSS's though they were called DSS-20s were only DCU-11's anyhow. (Wiring wise)
If you want to be sure its best to buy a DSS-25.
