The is gprs in Namibia too but the nation au large is not aware it has been free from december 10 until to date

We have only one network provider nation wide MTC which is supported by exactmobile south africa and not owned by government.

I don't like ExactMobile...they're trying to sell us ringtone and games that are available for free off the internet...and the rigntones sound like shit.
