Is the twin sim adapter really compatible with SE phones? Are these safe?

Some are, it depends on the shape of it as to whether it fits in the phone.
I personally wouldn't use one but some are safe.
They only use one SIM at a time & switch between them when u turn the phone off& on again. (This could get irritating if u don't want it to change)
Some though have a switch & send a power surge to the circuit board to change SIMs & these are definately not safe!

if you have to take the sim in and out, then what is the point of one? Here, I use my unlocked phone between 2 service providers, and switch the sim in and out all the time by hand... without an adaptor

Much easier to just have two phones, then u have the unrivalled benefit of both SIMs being active simultaneously
