/9My hobbies include gadgets/PC's/game's/mixing etc and looking after a new baby which takes up most of my spare time now!

I've been into most sorts of music at one time or another and nearly made it big in my old band. My claim to fame is playing the legendary Hacienda in Manchester a couple of times. We also recorded an album and music video but never quite got there!

Now I love dance music and have done so for the past 8/9 years! I do a bit of mixing nowerdays but not that good! My clubbing days have come to an end with the arrival of the baby but then I'm getting a bit old anyway!

Well that's me!

I've been into dance music since the acid house days. I just love all the angle's where this music has gone. I've watched it transform itself into so many catagories(e.g drum'n'bass, trance, breakbeat etc). Hope to produce music in the near future as I have a lot of tune's that I have made in my bedroom studio. I have a few a+r men waving their wallet's at me at the moment, so who knows what will happen. Fingers crossed. Going to Godskitchen on Saturday, can't wait. Even @ 30 I can still go out and enjoy the scene

bean_muncha> Nice one mate! I'm 28 now and giving up the clubbing life but a lot of my mates are still going! 1993 The Hacienda - the best place in the world - I used to love it there then!!

Mainly like trance nowerdays and that's the sort of music I mix!

Over the past couple of years I've reguarly attended Gatecrasher but now that's gone monthly! Godskitchen is an excellent night or so I've heard form friends - haven't they changed venue from an old theatre or something? The only bad thing I've heard about Gods is the security!

Still get out a bit but not burning as bright as I did when I was younger!

@edwardm, It's Godskitchen global gathering at Long Marston airfield. Went last year, and the security, well it was like there was'nt any. Everyone was skining/lining up all over the place When I got through the entrance I was like "don't you want to search me" , ready to turn out my pocket's, "nah just keep walking" was the reply. It was like all the old free party's back in '90 if you went to any?. In Oxford every Saturday night there was a massive free party. How many brain cells did I loose back then, but I still funtioning quite well now so I must have had loads to spare
Just hope the weather's SCORCHIO like last year. It really made it.

I'm glad to see someone with similar tastes in music here on Esato I thought it was only me! Free parties - went to a few! Especially react against the criminal justice act! There were some good ones over here!
