Just spoke to Orange and they are apparently launching their MMS service in mid August they will be charging 40p for pictures and gif files etc, and 25p for plain text info also you will be able to send an mms message via mms to en email account, can anyone else comfirm any of this as we all know how reliable orange and there customer services are.

I received this from orange after asking about mms on the 18th of July.

Dear Simon

Thank you for your recent mail.

I am unable to confirm will be available
as we do not have any advanced information
about future products or services.

Any new products and services will be introduced
to our customers through the usual channels, and
on our website at www.orange.co.uk

I am sorry I am unable to be more specific about
future plans.

Kind Regards

Kelly

That is good news, maybe here in Switzerland they will follow... Orange here is the only carrier with NO MMS, NO MAIL on the phone to download, NO RINGTONES for SonyEricsson... I am pissed off...

I will be in the US, hope this will change when I come back or I will change my carrier... P800 just for phone calls and SMS is not something for me...

Cheers

I've got a t68i upgraded t68 & am on Orange. Since the upgrade when I try to Send & Receive from the phone it times out & says cannot find server. Orange, as usual, no use whatsoever & no chance of any further help from them. Any suggestions? Fanx.
