exactly the same, the only (known) way to do this is by doing a master reset  |

From my understanding words which are infrequently used will eventually be replaced with new words. So don't worry too much. |

That's right. And if I'm not dreaming, some frequently used words will also be automatically saved in the dictionary as well.  |
