I've got a 3gp file that I'd love to strip the sound from and use as a ringtone. Is it possible and if so how do I go about it?

I've discovered that ImTOO 3GP Video Converter can convert 3gp to MP3 - but the download only version I've got has already used up its 5 free mins and uninstalling it and downloading again doesn't work.
I only wont to convert 2-3mins of 3gp files so don't want to have to buy the program. Anyone know where I can pick it up for free or suggest an alternative?

if you send me the files ill download them tomorrow and i can have ago for you and upload them on saturday when i goto the libery but try and send me the files before 12pm tomorrow otherwise you'll have to wait till tuesday
