yes it can...
basically... make a contact with the message u wish to send... go to contact, send via bluetooth, select device if found, and hopefully it will send.

It sure can be done with a S700. Have seen the site bluejackq.com? To bluejack, You'd have to first create a contact, give whacky names or message as the contact name and send the contact using bluetooth. I know someone will explain it better than this!
