SP2 doesnt work with a key ! it basically upgrades your windows xp with more security features and stuff. WindowsXP requires a key

No, this is a special edition of the software that is available only on CD, with added protection of pop ups etc!
And no, it does not need a key!

I think you're mistaken. There is only one version of SP2. SP2 includes the popup blocker, etc. This is all part of the update. It can either be downloaded or you can order a CD free from the Microsoft website.
By the way, I've also got that "special edition" CD...

it says Before installing SP2, go to www.microsoft.com/sp2install for latest recommendations.
Mine has the sticker too.

I thought this was Windows XP & Service Pack 2.
