you don't mean country codes, right? you mean access code? if that is the case, then just use + before the country code and number.

No I think he means country codes, all Siemens phones have them in, you get the option to select which one you want by country name after you've put in the +, very clever if you don't have any access to a phone book. I haven't found this feature in the T68.
