Problem: Voicemail Icon |

Hello!
I had my T68 upgraded to a T68i. Everything seems to work fine. The problem is that all of a sudden the icon of the new Voice Mail has appeared in my phone. The thing is that 1)my Voice mail is not used 2) even if it is used i either get an SMS message or the actual Voice mail rings me back to inform me. I connect to the voice mail and i get the answer that i do not have any voice messages. The icon remains on the screen. I have even tried to forward all my calls to the voicemail, leave a message on the voicemail, and then connect to the voicemail, listen to the message and then delete it. The icon still stays. Even when i turn the phone off or disconnect the battery, when i turn it on again, after a few seconds i get the icon again. Can anyone help me ? What is happening and how can i fix it ?

Have you tryed putting another SIM card to your phone, turn it on and then switch back? |

Is the icon you're talking about different from the envelope icon that appears when you have an unread SMS? When I get new voicemail, this icon appears on the T68i desktop - I don't know of a different icon for voicemail. Please correct my knowledge. If it is the same envelope icon, then maybe there's an unread SMS that you didn't notice? It has happened to me before - I didn't even consider it a possibility at the time because it was so simple. Sometimes we don't need to look as far as we do. Please let me know about the icon.

I haven't tried putting another sim yet, as i will loose all my phone saved SMSs.
I'm not talking about the SMS icon. I'm talking about the voicemail icon. The voicemail icon is an envelop with a voice tape on top of the envelop. Besides i do not have anything new, not an SMS nor anything else.
