Here's T-Mobile's 1900 coverage map of Canada with Rogers . I checked T-Mobile's site, since they don't use phones that have 850, so their international availability maps only show 900/1800/1900

Looks like a maybe for Vancouver.
Is Microcell the same as Fido, if so, another maybe for you
