Yup. You must convert it into midi.

You will not be able to send the song to the phone....the phone only supports ringtones, not songs.

It supports midi and imy ringtones.

Apologies it is a ringtone...not a song sorry...I went to one of those very expensive ringtone sights and clicked on the play tune and it downloaded 45 seconds of the wma file (the full tune in fact) (I use Firefox btw).

Now to get one in the eye for the big cats and the system (power to the people and all that ) I would like to convert it to a midi file and make my wife happy.

...I am having no luck so far in finding a converter.

I got sound forge converters to everything 'cept midi
Got Konvertor again...everything 'cept Midi.

Can someone recommend a convertor for me...please?

I've heared of code that tries to make a MIDI sequence from a raw WAV file (or anything that can be converted into one, whicih WMA can even if protected (as you can always record from line out using line in if you soundcard supports proper duplex)), but the results are variable to say the least.

Doesn't the T630 support recording a sound for use as a tone? Or is this recording only for voice dial settings? If it will record for a tone you could try play the sound loud on your PC/Mac/what-ever and record it that way...
