T39m connects with HBH-30
- Voice control and dialling works
palm connects with T39m via bluetooth
- browsing from palm works
- email from palm works
- sms from palm works

But when I try to dial from the palm, it dials and connects, but there seems to be no way of picking up the call using the HBH-30, it just keeps on beeping when the button is pressed

T39m seems not be able to switch over to bluetooth with HBH-30 after bluetooth connection with palm

Thanks in advance for any advice.

when you use bluetooth in one of those devices you can only connect to one onther device. when you use bluetooth on a computer you can connect to 8 devices.

Just to clear this up a bit.

The specs states that you can connect to 7 other devices. That means in a piconet, you get a maximum of 8 devices communicating (1 master + 7 slaves).

but after the palm had instructed the phone to dial, it says "disconnecting", therefore I'm assuming that it then frees the phone up for connection with another device

if I then press the call button on the HBH30 it just continuously beeps

It's now working!!!

I don't think I've made any changes, but I tried it again today and I can now dial using the palm, then pick up the connection using the HBH-30 headset. (it could be the timing of pressing the button on the headset)

I've now got the perfect wireless communications setup, for when I don't have access to my laptop.
