hi how do i know if my phone has been upgraded in the service menu top line says R1B and the bottom line R1A

If it is a software upgrade, it should say R2A in the top line....

it dosnt say that
this is after they had my phone for 9 days
i think you should only upgrade if you can personly take the phone there yourself other wise they dont care |

The new upgrade R2A came out three days ago. so they might not have had it when your phone got upgraded.
