O2 Online Free WAP Help |

OK So I've had my o2 online simcard for a while now (the one where you get 300 free texts and 300 free wap minutes a month), bought a new simfree S700i the other day and whenever i use the wap or whatever it is i get charged for it.
Can anyone help me with the settings or whatever for getting my free wap back?

are you sure your using the basic wap settings? the last time i had the settings to me they set wap gprs and i wasnt a happy chappie! try sending the settings to yourself off o2.co.uk basic wap settings and you should be fine, if not then youll have to email them through customer support as the shop staff will say "your on o2 active which is our online account and were not part of it"

forgot to say goto o2 active on there sitr (located on the left)
then on the right side click get settings

Haha sorted, cheers dude...I did try sending the basic wap settings to my phone before you mentioned it through there but used a different type of phone and the settings never arrived but just tried it again selecting a different phone type and it worked so thanks. |
