Can anybody please tell me:
Where do I find the newest R2A Software for Ericsson t68? Do I have to go to a vendor, or is it somewhere in the Internet?
If Vendor, how long does it take to update? Does it cost something?

u have to go to an ericsson service centre (the place where they fix fauilty phones) & ask for an upgrade. it takes no more than 30 minutes to do. should be free if phone under warranty

You shoud get the latest upgrade from Ericsson Service Points. http://www.ericsson.com/search/query.html?qt=service+points
You can't get it from the net.
Upgraded my phone to R2A yesterday. It took one hour and it's for free
