Heyo!
I maybe new to this forum as a member, but, I am a regular visitor to this site
Ok, here goes..
I am using BSNL GPRS and can successfully connect via WAP on my T68i. The problem I have kicks in when I use the phone as a modem.
What has been done:
1. I have the latest drives installed, downloaded from SE site
2. BSNL GPRS network is configured and ready
What happens:
Well, I am able to connect to and my IP address gets registered with the server. But, when I try accessing a page..it says "Page not Found"
I did an ipconfig /all it says that the DNS cannot be found.
Now what?
Btw.. I am using an IR POrt and planning to get a DSU-11 cable. OS is WIN XP Prof SP2 and PC is an Athlon XP 2400 with 1gig RAM
Any ideas?

I called up the Customer Care. They say that Web access has been enabled on my GPRS. Should I add in a DNS server IP?
@psycho : I got it as a replacement for my T200 about 2 years ago from SE. I'll be changing it to a K500i very soon |

@pshycho : yeah I tried that too. No use.it dont work. I checked the Modem Diagnostic log. It keeps saying "CD is low". I've read someplace that if CD is low, the modem will hang, causing either one-way data or no data-flow at all. if that's the case..it makes perfect sense...and..I shud prolly trash my MA-620 IRDA |
