I need some T610 help |

I bought a T610 branded by T-Mobile (I live in Romania) and I would like to know how can I find which software version I have. Because it happened to take strange pictures, with white lines across the screen...
It's weird, I haven't seen this problem so far on another T610.
I think a need a newer software version, but i don't even know which one I have and which one is the latest...
I found this code : >*<<*<* and in SW Information it says : R7A011.
Is this soft new or old ?
I need an answer as soon as possible.

Hi
Have you tried to transfer it to another device (pc or phone) and look how that picture looks there? It may be happened that there is a bug in the phones software or your phone may be damaged!
Why dont you bring it back for T-mobile and let them check it!?

Joystick right, press *, left, left *, left *. There you choose sw info. I use r4c003 and it's quite good. About camera problem, you should take it to service anyway. How exactly do those lines look?

As I said before, I live in Romania and T-Mobile IS NOT an operator here.
The local operators are : Connex, Orange, Zapp and Cosmorom. I bought this phone from Connex, but it has the T-Mobile logo on it and some icons in the menu. It is frustrating to buy legally a phone and to have logos of other operator around the world.
I haven't tried to transfer them to a PC because I don't have the MMS service activated yet.
So I understand that is a problem about the software. |

If you bought it by Connex than ther must not be problem, just show them and than they must do something... and probabbly you can please them to put a not bannered version of software on you device!!!
By the way, why dont you buy a  dongle? It is very usefull!!!

I am SURE that in Romania nobody will change my phone. They will keep it in the service for like a month and then they will say it is fixed. Nobody will change it EVER 
It won't be the first time to happen to me... |

Do you have any friend that can flash phones? If yes, than please em to fix it!!!
But if you bought it by an official provider they must help you and fix the phones bug!!!

@Roobi : it is not exactly bought from Connex. I bought it from a Connex dealer with a Connex contract.
I hope I can solve my camera problem. |

Yeah... that is the problem with the dealers... I learned, you may buy electronic staffs by Official resellers or by trusted persones...!!! The rest will try to do you "brown"

This dealer is a huge Computer company around here (Ultrapro Computers).
I think it's the biggest in Romania.
When I bought the phone 1 month ago they told me that all the T610 they have are T-Mobile branded
I had to take one... |

Then that computer company used to give you a guarantee for the phone, or???
And I think it is the smallest problem that the phone is T-mobile branded!!!
