hello everyone. in november i brought an mp3 player from a company called visual land. soon after that it stopped working and now the company has finally agreed to replace it but for $20. the problem with it is that when you try to switch it on it lights up and then black lines go down the screen and it goes back off. rarely it will switch on. it is not the battery though. when it does switch on and you format it, it will work but if you switch it off for a while or put music on it then the same thing happens. can i upgrade the firmware or something to fix it because i dont want to send it back really.

Can't say i do mate. But if you think u've got problems, take a look at my player

Notice (if you can though the blurry photography), the smashed plastic screen protection, destroyed by a fat American sitting on it in Disney. Note also the marks, scratches and abrasion where it has been dropped countless times. The crowning glory however is the screen, which has been been penentrated by keys, and hence the lovely blue splodge of a ruined display. The thing still works though
