Ok, I give up.
Has anyone got the settings email settings on o2 UK D500 please?
I've tried to copy them off my K700i with no luck.
Any help would be grateful as I really need this for work.

Doesnt O2 load everything with the software..??? call centres, the phone manual....

It doesn't have seemed to have put the email settings on and they haven't currently updated their website to included this phone.
Settings at the mo are
Profile name: o2
APN: wap.o2.co.uk
Login ID: o2wap
Password: password
DNS1: 193.113.200.200
DNS2: 193.113.200.201 |

Just done it guys.
had the pop3 and smtp addresses the wrong way around 
If anyone does need the settings for BTInternet account it's
Account name: BTInternet
Username: ????????@btinternet.com
Email address: ?????????@btinternet.com
SMTP Server: smtp.o2.co.uk
SMTP port: 25
Protocol type: POP3
POP3: mail.btinternet.com
POP3 port: 110
Retrieve headers:
User ID: ????????
Password: **********
Profile Settings
Profile name: o2
APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
Login ID: o2wap
Password: password
DNS1: 0.0.0.0
