How to choose diary events to sync with phone ? |

Have done search on Esato, Outlook help and XTND help but cannot find the answer to the following thought I guess there must be a simple answer.
I want to use outlook calendar but when I sync with T68 I only want certain diary events put on the phone.
Any ideas please.

@ianbycroft, you can use filters. from the Synchronize window, click Settings, and then click the Filters tab.
as an example, i do not sync all my Outlook Contacts with the phone. so i defined a Category called T68Sync, and only those contacts with that Category gets sync'ed. |

Hi there,
When you create a new task on your phone, how do you set its catagory to 't68sync' so that it doesn't get deleted on the second sync (becaue it doesn't have the same catgory). At the moment it seems to have a default category of 'MISCELLANEOUS'
