O2 Genie Msn Problem |

i have a genie simcard...... i now get Internet to work and i can go on website, but i still cant get msn messenger
the error i get is
"cannot connect"
unable to connect: ensure that your work modem is present and inserted correctly, and no network card present"
i used the wap and html proxy settings form the forum and still i cant get msn to work, but internet does.... anyone know..... |

Welcome to Esato
O2 PAYG doesn't allow u to connect to servers such as that for MSN so instant messanger clients etc. won't work unfortunately

Yep, also it wont allow cookies.
O2 wap dial up will allow msn to work and allow cookies.

i seen a few posts on here saying it works, my internet didnt work before, it does now with the settings so just thinking this might work as well as i seen it earlier on.
is there a application availble to download so i can use msn ova wap etc... not web based though |

i think u got the wrong end of the stick... i want msn on my pda not my pc so the last option doesnt work for me... |
