"Motorola shows iTunes enabled phone, Microsoft, Sony join in
By Macworld staff
Motorola demonstrated a new iTunes-compatible E1060 mobile phone at 3GSM, the world's biggest mobile trade show in Cannes.
The music phone, that includes a fully functional Java-based version of Apple's iTunes music player software, allows users to sync with their iTunes library and carry a limited number of songs with them.
Motorola revealed that it does not have an exclusive deal with Apple. Motorola's mobile devices group VP Amer Husaini said: "We're committed to have iTunes as the default music client, but we'll also continue to support other music players such as RealPlayer," writes CNN Money.
The phone also includes a 1.3 megapixel camera, video calling, a TransFlash card slot, and is Bluetooth enabled, notes MobileTracker.

AFAIK they're a bit too expensive and size is quite limited. Commonly available is 64MB, 128MB & 256MB only. I don't even know if there's a 512MB or higher capacity available already.
