This was really an overnight action. From one day to another, and without any prior anouncement, the shop disappeared. Too bad, as from now on the buggy firmware cannot be updated for free. Shame on Ericsson! They should at least put the firmware on the net, like it is usual for 10 years or more for graphic cards, mainboards....
To sell bad software is one thing, but to cut-off users from the updates another.
One bad thing of the shop was that they never had the full accessories that were on the Ericsson page. I think many people would like to buy things like the system cable for the car hands-free kit, or the phone holster ict-13.
finally, a good phone like the t68 not more than a toy if support and needed accessories are not available. |

You can always come here in Ticino on holiday and enjoy one of 3 support centers. They don't have all accessories, but many and do all upgrades you want. They are only service centers and not exclusive shops, but who cares...Nokia is still selling too much here as you might know....But things will change soon,at least I hope so.Maybe SE is planning to do the same as Nokia, outsource to a third party the shops all over Europe...Mach's guet

hi dave
can you mail the excel file to me? steinemann@swissmail.com
(my spam address, so no problem)
i just called them yesterday to get info on software and xp. well: we do not support xp and we are not responsible if tdk has problem with xtnd
about not supporting xp: it's out for more than a year if i'm not wrong, and everybody that uses the phone for business, together with a laptop, gets xp. this is absolutely not professional from se.
about tdk and xtnd: maybe they are really not guilty. but on the tdk page they talk about how good se and tdl work together in those things.
i think se has a lot to improve. one thing could be a better customer service.
ps
i'll be in ti in august

There is an Ericsson Service center in Biel/Bienne (near Kino Rex!)
Hope this can help!
