I am using V800 Jap with all unlock already but found out somthing that not sure is it a bug?

- Contact cannot use Keyword for fast show. e.g. type "M" to show those contact list start from "M". My Contact is Sync from Windows Address Book. Now, I need to keep rolling my up down key to find contact ((((SLOW))))

- Call Log can display "Unknown" Caller ID except on Answered List.

Does anyone have solution?

Also, Does V800 support POP3/IMAP account? I didn't find it from my V800

This works fine for me, i can type not just the first letter of a contact but as many as i want in order to narrow down the search. One of the biggest improvements in software over previous SE's I've had.

Try syncing with any other programs, like fma. Also for the time being you can use the search option in phone book. (You may point a shortcut to phonebook search if poss)

Hi Pete,

" V800 does support POP3 & IMAP. Using both on my phone."

Are you on Vodafone? And is it a European model ?

I know the Sharp 902sh did not have IMAP support with the ability to creat extra mail acounts. It seemed limted to a Vodafone.net account only.

Thanks,
Ofiaich

I believe the Phone itself have the Contact Search fucnction. The problem from me is when i sync my Windows Address Book --> V800. It lost a field call "reading" in every contact. This is what the cause to make the search function is out. Does anyone know better Sync Software fixed it?

About the POP3/IMAP, does anyone can tell me where to configure it? I really got no idea how to get it.

I have room for extra mail accounts and can use both POP3 and IMAP on my Vodafone original branded V800 (dutch model)
I've currently added 3 extra mail accounts and all work, no idea if there is a maximum but on my previous -unbranded- phone 3 was the maximum... I have 4 now
