Hi all, anyone know how many photos (6x4) a 128MB and 256MB memory card can hold? It's actually more for my camera but I want one that's going to store plenty of photos? |

That's the one, looking at my camera (Sony Cybershot) it appears to only take standard memory Cards so the top size is 128MB. |

A typical 640x480 image is about 95KB (jpg) so that would be around 1380 pics in a 128MB.
resistance is futile. |

A colleague has just told me that it will have to be a SONY memory stick as it's a Sony product, is that correct? I was going to get a Lexar memory Stick which is way cheaper??? |

no as long as its a memory stick duo, it doesnt matter who makes it.
Sandisk make the Sony ones anyway
so a lexar one would be fine.

It's just a standard Memory Stick, it won't take a duo? Is that still OK? |

Brand doesn't matter as long as it's a Memory Stick.
