V800 Photo Capture Problem |

I recently purchased my V800 which I am more than happy with.
However, I am having problems getting photos to save to my phone.
I take a photo, then go to the "Camera Pictures" folder in the My Items folder and it tells me there is No Files. I have changed the save to location in the settings (phone memory / memory card) but that does not help. I can take and save video's with no problem.
Any ideas. |

This sounds like a bug in the phones firmware, but i could be mistaken.
What version of firmware do u have? To find out key in the following sequence: >*<<*<*
Then select software info. The first line is your software version.
Apart from that you could take it back to where you purchased it from and ask them to look into the problem for you or swap it out for you. You could also take a your nearest service centre and get the firmware upgraded.
