Airtel gprs internet problem |

Ok.. I could use the mobile office service of airtel to access the internet using the computer without any hassles.. But after running the setting wizard application.. I'm only being able to use wap successfully on phone but not internet thru comp.. I use a 6600 as a bluetooth modem to connect.. Please help..

Nope, there are some airtel info there. How did you try to connect? Did you install bt modem for 6600? And what dialup no did you use?

Yes i did install modem 4 the phone.. In fact 's mentioned in the 1st post.. Everything was working fine till it started giving error..

It comes till the registering to network dialog and then says ppp control link terminated.. I use *99***# as dialup number.. |

No.. There is no number b4 #.. ppp is i think point to point protocol.. Which number do u use to connect?

There must be a number b4 # . It is the external id of the data profile. Only then will it work.

Dude but i dont think u have to dial any number, mine work fine without dialing any no.

How come? Ur able to access the internet on your computer using your cellphone without dialing any number? U surely must have created a dialup connection.. What do u use 2 connect ur cell 2 your comp?
