Unfortunately I hae bad news for new. It does not support any of the functionality you mention. There have been numerous attempts to get caller name working but it is mosty a timing issue. The caller's name is played back on the phone way before the bluetooth connection can get established on an incoming call so you never get a chance to hear it. As for magic word and voice answer that is also only supported by the phones not the headset.
The only 'voice feature' that the headset supports is voice dial. This works pretty well thoguh as longs as you are in a similarly noise environment as when you recorded the actual voice tags. |

I don't know about the T610 but I use a HBH 65 with P900.
You can do voice dial, voice answer and have voice tag. Go into Phone>Edit>Preferences>Voice Control to set it up. To hear the caller's name you have to assign "Voice tag" to that contact and chose "Play caller name". To answer and reject you have to assign "voice tag" to those two options. I don't use the "Magic Word" since it pick up almost every sounds and try to dial. One thing on voice answer is don't do it to early, when phone rings let the headset make connections before trying to answer with voice.

I'm not sure about recording voice tag with headset.
I got this of the "Droll" websites (Sman)
A lot of people complain that the Bluetooth headset does not seem to recognize their voice labels correctly. The main reason for this is because all voice labels are recorded directly on the phone and the Bluetooth headset seems to transmit the users voice at a rate that makes the voice label "unrecognizable" by the phone. The work around to this is to record all your voice labels with the headset and not directly to the phone. This can only be achieved by doing the following:
1. Put your Bluetooth to "ON"
2. Go to any of the "VoiceCommand" menus and initiate a voice record.
3. When the mobile is waiting for you input, switch on your Bluetooth headset.
4. The headset will beep a few times and connect to your phone.
5. At the same time, the phone will respond "Is this correct?" Respond "No"
6. Now the mobile is in Bluetooth mode. You can now record all your voice labels through your Bluetooth headset.
The Bluetooth headset will remain in an active state (connect mode) until you switch the Bluetooth off or if you make/receive a call using your headset. Leaving the Bluetooth in an active state will drain your battery.
I COULD NEVER GET IT TO WORK WITH MY P900. I just record all my voice tag with the "wire" headset" and it worked for me. I get about 98% when doing voice dial/answer.

@baseballfanz
I try it, but don't work - when i press button on headset - the phone stop recording and say : "After the tone, say name or voice command" After that the phone freeze and have to restart it.
Tricks helps time to time - but not in this case... If there is no option in phone then i must give up
Thanks a lot ! |

@VICK
I could never get it to work either. I just use the "wire" headset that came with phone to record all my voice tags. Seems to work for me this way as I get About 97-98% hits when using voice command. If you are going to record voice tags straight to phone, do not hold the phone so close to your mouth. Good Luck. |

There is a way to record voice tags through the headset.
You should go to Connectivity - Bluetooth - Handsfree - Car handsfree and choose Power save mode.
If you do this, you can then go to Voice control - Voice diallling and start browsing your voice tags. At the same time press the button on your headset. It will connect to the phone and will stay connected!
Now you can record you voice tags through headset.
It took me almost one year to find out this trick. Why SE made it so difficult and not documented it is beyond me!!!
PS: you shouls also activate voice answering for bluetooth and caller name id in the Voice control menu. It may not work without it and with Car handsfree setting in Power save mode your should be able to hear voice tags through headset on incoming calls.
Good luck and let me know if it works!!!
