Iv'e downloaded both SE's theme maker and the theme creator pro 3.1.260

After making a theme on computer and the theme is putting itself right into the theme menu. The problem is that when I try to open the theme on my mobile, a textbox with the line "Cannot open item. Delete item?"

Does anyone know what might be wrong. My friend is using the exact ame program to make themes to his K700. He got no problems with it. [addsig]

colour conflict?

make sure your foreground clours (text) and background colours are not too similar.

I've only used ThemeCreator Pro briefly, but I think I remeber it having a command to check for colour compatability which would tell you which colours are conflicting. Or maybe I'm thinking of a different tool.

Also check how much memory you have free. My T610 used to give random messages (i.e. not always the out-of-memory error) when changing themes/wallpapers/sounds/what-ever if memory was low. I've not seen this behaviour on the newer T630.

If you want something a little simpler (but slightly lesser featured) then TCPro, try the online theme creator I put together a while ago at http://www.pfym.co.uk (no programs to download or install, everything is done via the web).
