is there anyway to download files from the memory stick duo using FMA? |

Why would you need to use fMA? Use a MS card reader. It's faster and you could easily browse your files like you do on your PC.

On the left menu go to Files -->Memory Stick--->MMSEMC--->Media Files--->go into the folder which has the file (theme, video etc etc) and select the file.
Then go up the top, click on action and hit download, it will then prompt you to select a place on your hard drive to save the file.
This works well although as suggested above using a card reader is heaps faster (which is why i bought one)!
