easy. the back cover is the same colour as the normal one, so you dont need to swap it. but your thumb nail in the gap at the top of the phone between the front facia and the rubber ariel cover and leaver it open. then unscrew the 4 screws. the front cover comes off easily. then put the new one on.

I really wouldnt bother with changing its cover. I think putting another cover on will void your warranty. Plus, the t68 looks nice in the three standard colours.

it is very easy to change the cover .. i have DIY .. with the pearl white 1 ... it did not void my warranty ....
