Hi, can one access Yahoo/ Hotmail from a SE k700i? If so, how do i configure it? Thanks

The minimum requirements are, 1. You need a full internet/gprs and NOT WAP/gprs 2. Forget hotmail, for yahoo, you must have enabled pop3 access. It is free in some countries, paid elsewhere.

I don't think hotmail gives pop3 access. And i think yahoo pop3 access you have to pay. Have you tried hotpop.com? Or mymail.ro?

@santana, visit the wap.mymail.ro wapsite through your phone and sign up. Its in english! Signii up on the website is a nightmare! :-D

Or maybe you could just use the yahoo wapsite if you just wanna read mail n not deal with attachments etc. Provided you have igprs which is essential for pop3 you can also try gmail who have now introduced free pop3 access  |

Yahoo mail has a WAP postal. Search for it at Google's WAP search.

Hmmm..yes! If you just wanna read your mails, go to wap.yahoo.com and login. But there's some problem with the yahoo wap site. It doesn't allow me to login! This has been the norm for over a month now!
