None i could think that would meet all requirements. May the t600? I would recommend the the t310 if 256 colours and poly and ir is ok.

The t310 certainly has WAP2.0. and is relatively cheap if you are considering buying one.

No such phone exists. You will always get the other features you don't really want. How bout a K500? The likes of the T230 has wap 2.0 but can't open any html pages.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but t230 has only wap1.2.1 browser and NOT wap2.0!

xhtml is wap 2.0 right? I can open google.com/xhtml on the T230. So i assumed it had an xhtml compatible browser.

That is the only site it can open, probably because it has the least graphics. Esato xhtml is very lite too. It cant open that. It will not satisfy authors requirments?

Govi, when i try to open the html light page of Esato on the T230, the error message it gives is "tHe data recieved from the origin server was too large" it probably means that the T230 doesn't have enough memory to open such sites.

Not full html pages, but some simple ones can be opened. Esato html lite is a killer.

Why don't you get a cheap nokia series 60 phone. You can open almost every html site on those phones. Using opera or netfront.
