Good day to everyone. I am from the Philippines and i need an email settings for my Sony ericsson T610 phone. My network is Smart Communications. thanks

just go to sonyericsson.com click on email set-up and voila! the instructions are in there.lucky 4 you SMART supports email client. GLOBE TELECOM doesn't. im also a pinoy you know.......

1. download internet APN settings by texting 'SET INTERNET ET610' to 211 then save settings

2. activate internet APN by texting 'INTERNET ON' to 333

3. enter your email account settings on phone, making sure that you set the phone to use the internet APN for checking mail.

What do you mean? I'm on Globe and I can send and receive e-mails on all my phones.

really? maybe ur just using Globextm.....well if thats true. can you give me the settings? by the way, what s.e model are you using?

I'm using the POP3 mail server of digitelone. Call the globe hotline and have the 'Mobile Help Desk' give you a return call. They are the ones that will guide you through the whole process of setting-up your phone. By the way, you have to be a post-paid user or the internet APN won't work. You can't use the WAP over GPRS settings that you get OTA.
